What materials do you use?
Our collection includes different materials and finishes, each suited to the design. Check the product description for the listed material and finish, including whether a leather-look piece uses genuine or synthetic leather. Our concierge team can help clarify any material details before you order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email concierge@jessica-tornese.com with your order number and photos of the issue. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, in line with our Return Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on all orders. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–9 business days in transit—usually 5–12 business days in total. You will receive tracking after dispatch; busy periods and delivery to Canada or Australia can take longer. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Contact us for approval before sending anything back. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; exchanges are handled as a return and a new order, subject to availability. See our Return Policy.
