Our collection includes different materials and finishes, each suited to the design. Check the product description for the listed material and finish, including whether a leather-look piece uses genuine or synthetic leather. Our concierge team can help clarify any material details before you order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email concierge@jessica-tornese.com with your order number and photos of the issue. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, in line with our Return Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on all orders. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 4–9 business days in transit—usually 5–12 business days in total. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Contact us for approval before sending anything back.
